Production Procedure

There are two major categories of gold jewellery,namely fine gold jewellery and karat gold jewellery. Among these two,karat gold jewellery has more choices in styles and colour.

	PROCEDURE OF KARAT GOLD JEWELLERY PRODUCTION
	1. MELTING	A key and very important process. We must use gold ingot of 999.9 fineness, mix with other environmental friendly and non-toxic alloy melt and form 9K, 14K, 18K or 22K gold,etc in colours of white,yellow and rose.
	2. SEMI- PRODUCT	To form the melted karat gold to plates,wires or tubes which will be semi-products(parts) by stamping,cutting,forming or faceting,etc. This process requires precise tuning of all kind of special machineries.
	3. ASSEMBLY	Well trained skilful workers will assemble the semi-products by connecting and bonding, etc. to form the finished products in accordance with the styles ordered by customers.
	4. FINISHING	All finished products need to be polished, plated and/or chromed as necessary according to customer or product requirements.
	5. QUALITY CONTROL	Quality will be controlled with highest standard throughout all processes. Melted karat ingot, semi-products and finished products will be carefully and professionally inspected and assured before delivery.
